In simple terms, an audit is completed to identify what work is required to get your network to a healthy state.  After this work is completed a monthly maintenance charge is applied which covers all input required to maintain network optimisation.  Charges are transparent allowing control and ease of budgeting.  There is no additional charge for managing access, security or new users.  Daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly checks and audits are implemented and our unique reporting system ensures that you are fully aware when tasks have been completed.  Thanks to the system optimisation process undertaken at the outset, servers and software are monitored remotely and any issues can be quickly and efficiently addressed.

For projects and new installations a fixed fee is quoted ensuring that technician efficiency is maintained.
