In simple terms, an audit is completed to identify what work is required to get your network to a healthy state. After this work is completed a monthly maintenance charge is applied which covers all input required to maintain network optimisation. Charges are transparent allowing control and ease of budgeting. There is no additional charge for managing access, security or new users. Daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly checks and audits are implemented and our unique reporting system ensures that you are fully aware when tasks have been completed. Thanks to the system optimisation process, servers and software are monitored remotely and any issues can be quickly addressed.

Similar in principle to our full support package, partial support provides support for your network hardware and operating system, but excludes workstations, laptops and software application support. Again a fixed fee is charged monthly and is determined by the network configuration. Partial Support and Support on Demand also available.

How often do you need to install software and end up spending hours before it is installed? With Application Distribution, TheLogic offers a unique service for installing the software onto our clients' computers. In simple terms, we repackage the software for your needs, enter specified variables and make it completely ready for distribution without any input from users.
Network Audit and Optimisation
A full audit of your system will identify where improvements can be made that will have a positive effect on your business. We are currently offering a FREE network audit to new customers. System optimisation ensures that the recommendations from the audit are implemented. A fixed one off fee is charged and is based on the extent of the upgrades required.
