Partial support
Similar in principle to our full support package, partial support provides support for your network hardware and operating system, but excludes workstations, laptops and software application support. Again a fixed fee is charged monthly and is determined by the network configuration.
The following support is included in this option:
- Daily system checks
- Firewall configuration
- Network security setup
- Backup checks including quarterly restore tests
- Network printer configuration
- Server antivirus check, daily updates
- Setup of server policies
